Catering Order Policy & Payment Requirements

To maintain a professional standard and ensure timely, high quality service, the following policy is in effect:

• A 50% deposit is required for all catering orders.  

• Orders will not be accepted without payment.  

• New customers placing Signature Seven menu orders must pay in full at the time of booking.  

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

If a client chooses to cancel after placing an order and submitting a deposit, a prompt refund will be issued and proof of refund will always be provided.

Due to frequent last minute changes and delayed payments, we are unable to hold orders without confirmed payment. This allows us to remain organized and serve all clients fairly.
